Following extensive work on our own original GWR pagoda at Kidderminster, a building was required at Northwood Halt.

With financial assistance from Ash & Lacey, a new pagoda was commissioned. The unit was built at Kidderminster by the Friends and then first transported by road to Bewdley and then by train to Northwood.

It is good to revive the old skills to produce a new unit in the same manner that the GWR would have done, had it survived to this day.
